La Brossa is a cultural center of reference in experimental poetics. It is a space for research and dialogue with the legacy of Joan Brossa while generating the spaces and times necessary for the creation, production and exhibition of scenic, visual and poetic proposals that have experimentation in common. In this way, it continuously generates links and dialogues between creators of different generations, continuously questioning the limits of the avant-garde, past and present, without avoiding any tension that can be generated between memory and contemporaneity. Its proposal as a cultural center also involves becoming a point of reference in the dissemination of avant-garde poetics (with Joan Brossa as the center) and at the same time in terms of its research and mediation programs on creative processes.
