Aula Miró is a key space within the Master’s Degree in Artistic Production and Research, specifically in the Art and Intermedia Contexts programme, as well as for the painting workshops of the Fine Arts degree. Although everyday activity mainly takes place in the studio classroom, Aula Miró is where students find their main point of reference: an exhibition space that enables them to visualise, experiment with and share their projects.
With a history spanning more than twenty years, Aula Miró has established itself as an emblematic space within the faculty. Numerous emerging artists who later became active figures in the Catalan and international cultural scene have passed through this space. The current teaching team has preserved its spirit, maintaining pedagogical dynamics focused on experimentation and the presentation of artistic work.
